As the city of Noblesville, Indiana, continued to grow, the need for a local, advanced community sports and recreation complex became apparent. imi, E&B Paving, and Specialties Company were contracted to provide the building materials and construction services needed to ensure the success of the project.
Lauth Development Group was hired by Klipsch-Card Athletic Facilities to create the new Finch Creek Fieldhouse, a multi-use sports complex. Due to the variety of needs for this project, imi, E&B Paving, and Specialties Company were each involved for various components. imi delivered the concrete for the facility’s foundations, slab, and sidewalks while Specialties Company provided lime stabilization for the complex’s parking lot. E&B Paving was tasked with fine grading the stone subbase, installing the onsite cubs, and paving the parking lot.
This multi-use sports complex houses two baseball and softball infields, two indoor football fields, soccer, lacrosse, and rugby fields as well as five basketball and volleyball courts, six pickleball courts, and 11 batting cages.
