HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – NORTH DIVISION

Facilitate, direct and track the IMI Internship Program. • Facilitate and aid in labor contract negotiations. • Oversee compliance in all employment laws, DOT rules and regulations, workers’ compensation, as well as company and DOT drug testing program. • Manage all property, auto and liability claims process. • Spend time in the field. • Aids with special projects and performs all other duties as assigned by the VP of Human Resources Requirements: • A Bachelor’s degree B.A. from four-year college or university or five years’ related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five 5 years of progressive experience in the field of Human Resources is preferred. PHR/SPHR preferred. • Must have a strong knowledge of all aspects of human resources as well as broad knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws. • Must possess a strong Labor background. • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Must have the ability to lead and motivate coach and counsel participate in and facilitate group meetings.
