Summary: The primary responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative are delivering an exceptional customer service experience when communicating with our customers and extreme attention to accuracy when entering orders. Inside Sales Representatives will face a variety of customer requests primarily taking orders for delivery, requests for pricing, and advice on our product line. The position will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service by taking customer orders accurately and courteously. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and repair all mobile equipment at the Muncie plant. • Accurate record keeping for all equipment written and electronic. • Maintain shop supplies and housekeeping. • All other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • High School diploma, or G.E.D., required. • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. • Mechanical background or mechanical education required. Purpose of Position: Effectively manage the IT infrastructure servers, storage, networking, firewalls, security, etc. throughout the imi footprint. Monitor, assess, and ensure that the infrastructure and systems are reliable and can accommodate the business needs for imi. Provide leadership to the IT support team, including the IT technical support and IT regional managers. Proactively plan the infrastructure requirements to meet or exceed the technical needs for imi. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support servers and other devices on the IMI network Manage Corporate wide email system Manage regional IT managers and ensure support and processes consistent Manage user accounts and system access Manage network communications with remote offices and users provide technical expertise Establish networks policies for local and regional locations Secondary resource for database administration and telecommunication management Manage network and application monitoring software, security devices, and protection systems Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or related job experience required Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience with managing a multi-server Windows environment required Previous management experience Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills Project management experience a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients as well as regional management Demonstrated technical skills with the ability to adapt and learn quickly Must be flexible with work schedule off hours work is a requirement and a moderate amount of travel is required Compensation: Dependent on experience and qualifications.
