PRODUCTION MANAGER Purpose of Position: Responsible for managing the daily operations of assigned production facilities, production capacity and delivery operations. Management of assets and leadership to the employees to provide exceptional customer service to maximize operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direction to assure cost control on production and delivery of product. • Responsible for hiring, training and evaluation of personnel in order to assure an adequate work force and identifying potential for advancement maintaining proper staff levels handle specific personnel/ union issues as necessary. • Maintain a safe work environment as defined by company and government policies adhere to environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections of all plants and ensure corrective actions are taken for necessary repairs to machinery and equipment. • Maximize equipment availability and minimize repair costs through effective operating practices and preventive maintenance procedures cleanliness of assigned plants and equipment. • Responsible for accident prevention/ investigation and proper reporting in accordance with company requirements. • Maintain accurate and adequate inventories responsible for procurement and management of resale and raw materials at the lowest cost to the company. Monitor all invoices for cost control review daily plant and equipment reports. • Monitor special projects and perform other managerial duties as directed by management. Requirements: • Minimum of three 3 years of ready mix operations experience. • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Must have the ability to lead and motivate coach and counsel participate in and facilitate group meetings. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Purpose of Position: Under limited supervision, repairs heavy duty trucks, loaders and other related equipment. Makes needed repairs on related equipment associated with the shop area and other equipment in and around the yard area. IT Systems Engineer 1

Corporate Senior Software Administrator

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical field. Formal IT certifications desired. • Minimum five years related experience. Construction industry background a plus. • Experience in Citrix environment 400+ users, including managing a large number of applications in the Citrix environment. • Project management experience. • Excellent communication, written and oral, problem solving and analytical skills.
